Harvested on Treaty 3 Territory, in the Boreal forest with care and gratitude. Labrador tea is a fantastic herbal remedy for cold and flu symptoms. This herb does have narcotic effects, and should be avoided if Pregnant, Breastfeeding or both. I advise that u always consult a knowledge keeper before taking any new herbal remedies :-)

A little goes a long way with Labrador leaf tea infusion.

Use only 2-4 crushed leaves per 250 ml of boiled water. About 1 tsp per cup is a great place to start! Pour boiled water over the tea leaves and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Adjust the potency of your tea as you build a relationship with it. Do not exceed 4-6 leaves per day.

Muskeg tea is a wonderful tea to share among friends around the fire this time of year. Add Rose Hips, or wild berries to enhance your tea!
